The fall season offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities in ideal temperatures before the winter chill arrives. Chicago has a variety of activities to choose from, no matter what interests you may have. Museum exhibits, Chicago cruises, new restaurant openings, and Halloween events are just a few things to look forward to this season.
As the leaves continue to change color, some of the things that may come to mind are pumpkin spice lattes or apple picking at area orchards. While you can certainly find these fall staples in Chicago, you can also look forward to so much more.
Here are two events to enjoy with your loved ones and friends during the month of November:
- Beer Hoptacular: Partake in Chicago’s craft beer from November 8-9 as a part of the Fourth Annual Beer Hoptacular. This event takes place at Lacuna Artist Loft Studios in Pilsen. Tickets are still on sale and can be purchased at the official Beer Hoptacular website. Just remember to assign a designated driver!
- Christmas Tree Lighting: The 100th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony takes place at Daley Plaza on November 27th with live performances and music. What better way to get ready for winter! Learn more here.
