What an exciting cruise this was, 2012 Independence Day, the VALARA crew were all blessed with serving a Chicago Skyline Cruise for most of Neil Diamond’s tour crew and band members. They were here in town for their Chicago concert at the United Center. In the celebration of the kick off of Neil’s 2012 tour, which began here in Chicago; they decided upon taking their crew of 85 aboard VALARA for a Chicago Skyline Cruise, quality food, drinks, services and the ultimate Independence Day Fireworks show. A bit of relaxation was in order in the midst of a busy tour season we suspect.

Don’t ask us how we were blessed enough to meet this super star legend, most of his tour crew and band members, especially when we are big fans of his; maybe karma or perhaps just always delivering high quality in everything that we do, ending in as close to 100% happy clients as a company can get.
Interestingly enough, the week before this, we had Vince Vaughn, the TV Star and his family aboard VALARA as well, they too had a great day here but did not seem to be open to pictures so we just sailed away into the sunset with their group and this was exciting for us as well.
The great news is that Neil Diamond did allow pictures and he was very friendly to the VALARA crew. We were honored to serve this group, it was a beautiful evening and a very memorable Independence Day for all on board.
